• Several years of senior experience in Digital Workplace, Cyber Security, and Enterprise IT
• Experience as Senior Advisor, Solution Architect, Programme Lead, or Project Manager in complex international transformation projects
• Demonstrable project experience in Mainland China or comparable high-risk country environments
• Profound knowledge of modern workplace and endpoint security architectures
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Endpoint Security
• Very good German and English language skills
• Experience in regulated corporate environments (Pharma, Automotive, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in China regarding Data Localization and Cross-Border Data Transfer
• Experience with Security Monitoring, SIEM, Incident Response, and Endpoint Remediation
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, TOGAF, SABSA, or comparable qualifications
• Experience in collaborating with global Security, Compliance, and Legal teams
• End-to-end consulting and overall organizational management of the project
• Development of a secure, compliant, and user-friendly digital workplace target image for China and other high-risk countries
• Consulting on best practices in Workplace, Security, and Governance
• Structuring of necessary workstreams, decision-making processes, and stakeholder landscape
• Coordination of Workplace, Cybersecurity, IAM, Network, Data Protection, and Compliance teams
• Definition of architecture principles, security controls, and technical requirements
• Development of concepts for secure clients, endpoint management, IAM, DLP, connectivity, and remote access scenarios
