Senior Advisor Information Provision i-Social Domain (secondment)

Project overview

The assignment includes monitoring and interpreting developments in information provision within the social domain.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Monitoring external developments and regulations with impact on the products and services of the Ketenbureau
• Organizing the strategic software supplier consultation together with Zorginstituut Nederland
• Converting and visualizing domain and reference architecture for current and future products
• Participating in technical reference meetings about architecture choices and standards
• Maintaining relationships with chain partners such as Zorginstituut Nederland, Platform IZO, Nictiz, VECOZO, and the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS)
• Monitoring the quality, consistency, and interoperability of used data
• Participating in the reference process of iStandaarden and other consultations in the social domain
• Articulating and visualizing complex issues regarding the further development of information provision
• Handling requests from third parties for data, based on the iStandaarden
• Giving presentations about products, services, and developments
• Initiating and developing new data applications based on available data sources
• Academic working and thinking level, demonstrated by a WO education or equivalent work experience in information science, business administration, or a comparable field
• Minimum 5 years of recent experience with standards and architecture within the social domain (Youth Act and Wmo)
• Experience with setting up management cycles and participation in reference processes including stakeholder management
• Minimum 5 years of experience within the social domain with software applications, infrastructure, or data usage
• Demonstrable network within the social domain, including through collaboration with VWS, ZIN, Nictiz, VECOZO, or Platform IZO
• Preferably experience with iStandaarden and chain infrastructure
• Preferably experience with describing and visualizing complex processes
• Preferably experience with data analysis and translating improvement proposals to a strategic level
• Preferably experience with advising on architecture choices
