Senior Agile Coach / Mentor for Coaches (Coach the Coach) Public

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for a Senior Agile Coach / Mentor for Coaches (Coach the Coach) (m/f/d)

Our client, a public institution, is increasingly relying on agile methodologies as part of its IT strategy and is supporting the agile transformation of its IT organization. Temporary support is sought from an experienced coach for a specialist department, who will mentor the internal coaching team ("Coach the Coach") and accompany change processes and cultural change in the public service. The work takes place in a partially virtual environment, with an on-site component of 50%. The planned project duration is from 11.01.2027 to 09.07.2027.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring the internal coaching team for further enablement ("Coach the Coach")
• Accompanying teams towards an agile culture (culture work)
• Building an environment of psychological safety
• Moderation and support of difficult team constellations
• Conflict moderation and crisis discussions
• Organizational development at various levels
• Teaching online visualization and presentation techniques
• Clarifying requirements for incoming coaching requests
• Developing attractive, motivating trainings and workshops, online and in person
• Developing a coaching stance with a systemic perspective

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Agile Coach in projects involving organizational changes, with in-depth knowledge
• At least 2 years of experience as a coach mentor
• Comprehensive experience in mentoring coaches in an agile environment ("Coach the Coach")
• Experience in accompanying change processes (agile transition)
• Experience with cultural change in the public sector, including in partially virtual environments
• Willingness for an on-site component of 50%
