Seeking a Senior AI Engineer Consultant to develop productive AI solutions, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows within six months, optimizing internal processes and achieving measurable productivity gains.
Project overview
For our client, we are looking for an experienced and highly effective Senior AI Engineer Consultant who can independently translate business requirements and innovative ideas into productive AI solutions, intelligent assistants, and automated workflows.
The goal of the project is to develop several productively usable AI solutions within six months, optimize internal workflows and knowledge work, and achieve measurable productivity increases.
Responsibilities
- Conception, development, and implementation of productive AI solutions
- Development of intelligent AI Assistants for Consultants and Solution Architects
- Implementation of AI Agents and Agentic Workflows for process automation
- Automation of administrative and recurring tasks
- Development of AI-supported solutions for document creation and knowledge management
- Implementation of knowledge retrieval, research, and analysis agents
- Use and integration of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Conception and implementation of multi-agent workflows
- Development of AI-based solutions for meeting and communication support
- Collaboration with business departments and technical experts
- Establishment of best practices and optimization of internal processes

- Several years of practical experience with Generative AI
- Profound experience with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
- Demonstrable implementation of productive AI solutions
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot / Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Experience with Copilot Studio or comparable agent platforms
- Strong hands-on mentality and technical implementation competence
- Ability to independently develop and productively deploy AI solutions
- Independent, structured, and pragmatic way of working
- Strong communication skills and experience in collaborating with business departments and technical experts
- Start: ASAP or by arrangement
- Duration: 6 months with option for extension
- Utilization: Full-time
- Location: Predominantly Remote, occasionally on-site in Baden-Württemberg
