Senior AI Governance Specialist / Data Governance Consultant

Description

For our client in the financial services sector, we are looking for an experienced professional in the field of AI Governance with complementary expertise in Data Governance and Data Quality.

In this role, you will support the Data & AI Governance team in the conceptual and operational further development as well as the implementation of governance requirements for the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

The focus is on the operationalization of AI Governance, the further development of governance requirements for Agentic AI, and the implementation of suitable governance processes and tools. In addition, you will contribute to strategic initiatives in the areas of Data Governance and Data Quality.

• Support the AI Governance Officer in the conception, further development, and operationalization of AI Governance
• Development and further development of governance requirements for Agentic AI and autonomous AI systems
• Participation in the evaluation, introduction, and implementation of an AI Governance Tool
• Analysis, optimization, and operationalization of existing AI Governance processes
• Creation and finalization of governance concepts, guidelines, directives, and other governance artifacts
• Support in the establishment of post-deployment monitoring processes for AI systems
• Ensuring structured collaboration with Risk Management, Legal, Information Security, and Enterprise Architecture

Responsibilities

Data Governance & Data Quality

• Support in the further development and operationalization of Data Governance and Data Quality Management processes
• Participation in the establishment and further development of knowledge management concepts
• Conceptual support in the management of critical data
• Participation in the evaluation and technical assessment of Data Quality Tools
• Development and documentation of strategic and operational governance concepts

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in AI Governance, Data Governance, or Data Management
• Demonstrable experience in the conception and implementation of governance frameworks, guidelines, processes, and target states
• Sound understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management in the data and AI environment
• Good knowledge in at least several of the following topics:
• AI Lifecycle Management
• AI Risk Management & Responsible AI
• Agentic AI Governance
• AI Governance Frameworks and Controls
• Data Governance & Data Quality Management
• Experience in collaborating with Risk, Legal, Security, and Architecture teams
• Experience in the financial industry or other regulated industries is an advantage
