This team is focused on building AI-powered MVPs, validating product-market fit, and creating scalable solutions that can be adopted across a broader enterprise landscape. They're looking for an experienced engineer who can bring technical leadership, engineering discipline, and a pragmatic approach to turning ambitious AI concepts into reliable, production-ready solutions.

The Role

This is a hands-on contract position where you'll provide technical oversight and help establish best practices across AI engineering, MLOps, deployment, and productionisation.

You'll be expected to quickly assess existing approaches, improve technical foundations, and help ensure the team is building solutions that are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
