Senior AI-Native Product Engineer

Project overview

Do you want to participate in the design and development of innovative artificial intelligence solutions within a dynamic team? This freelance mission will allow you to work on large-scale AI-Native projects in a hybrid environment in Bordeaux.

• Gather and analyze business team needs to identify opportunities for AI automation.
• Design, develop, and orchestrate AI agents, leveraging Coding Agents.
• Integrate agents into existing applications and services via API and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Participate in building an AI Factory and industrializing workflows for generation, testing, and deployment of code by AI agents.
• Design and optimize technical infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment mechanisms.
• Industrialize developments to ensure their reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Contribute to process automation and the orchestration of application services.
• Quickly transform business needs into functional solutions, ensure deployment and monitoring of developed solutions.
• Measure performance, propose improvements, and produce technical and functional documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Architecture, and business teams, and participate in sharing AI-Native best practices.
• Coding Agents: Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, or equivalents.
• Agentic AI, LLM, multi-agent architectures, workflow orchestration.
• Frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalents.
• Integration via REST API, MCP, EAI, service automation.
• Industrialization: Git, CI/CD, automated tests, pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Location: Bordeaux (33), predominantly on-site with 1 to 2 days of remote work per week.
• Long-term freelance mission, immediate start.
