Project overview
Our tech client is seeking a Senior Animation Designer/ Video Editor to assist their team! This is a hybrid freelance role based in Seattle, WA (1-2 days onsite per week downtown), 40 hours per week, starting Nov 2nd, 2026 for 12 months.
In this role, the senior animation designer/video editor will be responsible for: -Ideate, design, and produce highly engaging motion graphics and animated video content from concept to completion -Translating written scripts into compelling visual storyboards, collaborating closely with our post-production Lead to animate, edit, and deliver polished, end-to-end branded video assets -Editing live action and broadcast video content is a secondary requirement -This position will directly support our Security and AI Security GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives and upcoming product releases The ideal candidate will have: -5+ years of animation, motion design, composition, and video editing experience -Experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity industry a plus -Experience in After Effects -The ability to work onsite 1-2 days per week in downtown Seattle -Experience with 2D animation, kinetic text, composition, etc.
