Description

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Asset Manager Real Estate to manage a partial real estate portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of the properties, manage internal and external service providers, and oversee construction projects from an asset management perspective.

• Independent management and performance control of a partial real estate portfolio
• Leadership and management of internal and external partners, especially in property management
• Central point of contact for portfolio and construction management
• Support of construction projects and representation of asset management interests in relevant project committees
• Initiation of planned structural measures for the coming months
• Ensuring coordinated cooperation between asset management, property management, and construction project managers

Requirements

• Federal diploma as a real estate trustee or a university or university of applied sciences degree
• Several years of in-depth experience in real estate asset management at a senior level
• Experience in the independent management of real estate portfolios and their performance
• Ideally, additional experience in property management and in supporting construction projects
• Confidence in collaborating with internal departments and external service providers
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
