We’re supporting a Central Government client within their Automation Centre and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support automation, AI and benefits realisation activities across a major transformation programme.

This role would suit a Senior Business Analyst or Business Architect with strong benefits realisation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and exposure to automation, AI or wider digital transformation initiatives.

- Lead benefits definition and benefits realisation activities across automation initiatives
- Support and mentor a small team of 2-3 Business Analysts responsible for triaging automation opportunities
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify, assess and prioritise automation and AI opportunities
- Support cross-cutting transformation initiatives and ensure benefits are measurable and aligned across programmes
- Work closely with business areas to define outcomes, value and success measures
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong Business Analysis and/or Business Architecture experience
- Experience defining, tracking and realising business benefits
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and facilitation skills
- Previous people management or team leadership experience
- Ability to understand AI and automation opportunities from a business perspective
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
