For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for a Senior Automation Specialist.

Period: 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2027

Effort: 120 person-days (PD)

Deployment Model: 117 PD remote, 3 PD on-site in Stuttgart

Responsibilities

• Conception, development, and maintenance of automated test scenarios in the SAP environment
• Implementation and further development of SAP test automation with Tricentis Tosca
• Use of Tricentis LiveCompare for analyzing changes and for risk-based selection of relevant test cases
• Execution and further development of test automation in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori environments
• Setup and maintenance of end-to-end test automations to secure continuous business processes
• Integration of automated tests into existing CI/CD pipelines and support of continuous testing processes
• Analysis and resolution of errors in automated test scenarios and optimization of test coverage
• Ensuring the quality and stability of automated tests during system changes and releases
• Coordination with business departments for the acquisition and implementation of business requirements in automated tests
• Close collaboration with development teams and DevOps for the integration and optimization of test processes
• Documentation of test scenarios, test results, and automation processes
• Several years of experience in SAP test automation
• Profound knowledge of Tricentis Tosca and Tricentis LiveCompare
• Very good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Fiori
• Experience in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing automated test scenarios
• Profound experience in end-to-end test automation of complex business processes
• Knowledge in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in collaborating with business departments, development teams, and DevOps
• Knowledge in analyzing test results and systematic error resolution
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication and coordination skills in interdisciplinary teams
• Very good German language skills at B2/C1 level
