Project overview
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Automation Test Engineer/Test Lead who can:
Bonus: GCP, cloud/microservices testing, performance monitoring tools, cloud CI/CD.
Core message: They need someone who can genuinely build and own the testing capability
- Own testing end-to-end
- strategy, planning, execution, automation, reporting.
- Build E2E automation frameworks from scratch (functional + performance), not just use existing ones.
- Be deeply hands-on with Playwright, API testing/automation, and performance/load/stress testing.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers and shape the team's automation capability.
- Define test/automation strategy and improve regression coverage.
- Communicate well across technical teams, product owners, and leadership.
- Work in Agile delivery teams.
- a strong hands-on engineer and a technical leader
- not just someone who executes tests in an existing framework.
