Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions aligned with banking industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance services.
• Optimize existing architectures and implement innovative improvements to ensure system efficiency.
• Ensure security, stability, and compliance of the backend infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous integration and deployment pipelines for smooth release cycles.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
• Support ongoing maintenance and troubleshoot complex issues within the backend environment.
• At least 5 years of backend development experience within the financial services or banking sector.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (specify if provided).
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Knowledge of security best practices for enterprise backend systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and automation tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
