As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be working for our client in the banking sector, contributing to cutting-edge financial solutions that enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend systems aligned with business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure banking applications
• Implement robust APIs and integration solutions to facilitate seamless data flow
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and code quality assurance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to foster best practices
• Assist in transforming complex specifications into functional software solutions
• At least 5 years of backend development experience within the financial services industry
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and backend frameworks
• Experience working within a GCB Grade 5 level role or equivalent
• Willingness to attend the office at least 6 days a month in Kraków
