As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be working for our client within the financial services industry, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge banking solutions that empower clients and streamline operations. Responsibilities

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems to support core banking functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust software solutions.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and security.
• Implement innovative features aligned with business needs and industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to Agile workflows, delivering timely and effective software releases.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably in financial services.
• Strong expertise in Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of database management, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of security principles and compliant coding practices.
