Senior Backend Developer (.NET / Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

• Development, maintenance, and further development of backend services based on C#/.NET
• Design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
• Deployment, operation, and monitoring of applications in a Kubernetes-based environment
• Creation and optimization of data models as well as development of performant SQL queries
• Setup, maintenance, and further development of CI/CD pipelines
• Ensuring high software quality through automated tests and test automation
• Analysis and resolution of production problems as well as performance optimizations
• Collaboration with development, operations, and architecture for continuous improvement of the platform
• Support of the entire software lifecycle from development to operation
• At least 5 years of experience in backend software development
• Very good knowledge of C# / .NET
• Experience in the development and operation of productive backend services
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes as well as containerized applications
• Sound experience with SQL, data modeling, and database optimization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and deployments
• Experience in the area of test automation and quality assurance
• Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning of productive systems
• Knowledge of modern software architectures and engineering best practices
• Initial practical experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience in enterprise environments with complex system landscapes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• DevOps experience and automation know-how
