Develop and enhance backend services and APIs, integrating a new AI-based solution as an agent into an existing chat assistant. This role involves deployment and operation on Open PaaS/OpenShift, CI/CD implementation, and collaboration with various teams.

- Development and enhancement of backend services and APIs
- Integration of the new solution as an agent into an existing chat assistant via A2A
- Provisioning and operation of components on Open PaaS / OpenShift
- Implementation of CI/CD, database connections, monitoring, and security
- Contribution to solution design and close coordination with business, architecture, security, and platform teams
- Support with testing, technical documentation, and production-like deployment
- Solid experience in backend development and API design
- Sound practical experience with OpenShift / Open PaaS and containerized applications
- Very good DevOps knowledge, especially in CI/CD, Git, automated tests, deployment, and monitoring
- Experience with backend databases, SQL, and data modeling
