As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be a key contact for the design and implementation of cloud-based services for numerous applications within a leading media house. You will contribute to the continuous development of an innovative content platform.
Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis together with the business departments
- Design and development of cloud-based services for numerous applications
- Further development of the content platform and implementation of technically demanding requirements
- Application of agile methods
- Knowledge transfer to team members
- Active support of junior software developers and assumption of technological responsibility
- Independent participation in development processes and projects
- Documentation and quality assurance of requirements

- Completed university degree or comparable qualification
- Experience from comparable software development projects
- Sound knowledge of Java and/or Kotlin
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Design Patterns and Test Driven Development, CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform is advantageous
- Very good German and English skills
- Communicative team player with strong analytical and implementation skills
