Project overview

Do you want to not only manage a single platform but also actively shape the entire value chain of reporting, data integration, and technical interfaces? In this versatile senior position, you will take on technical responsibility for an established SAP BusinessObjects landscape, further develop data warehouse and ETL solutions, and contribute to the modernization of integration and middleware components. You will work on a central platform that is essential for reporting, data processing, and system integration.

You will combine operations, further development, analysis, and technical consulting in a demanding role with significant scope for design.

• Technical support, administration, and further development of the SAP BusinessObjects platform
• Participation in upgrades, migrations, and technical lifecycle topics

• Several years of professional experience in the operation, administration, or further development of SAP BusinessObjects
• Profound knowledge in the areas of Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Data Warehousing
• Experience in the development, support, or optimization of ETL processes
• Very good understanding of data models and data integration architectures
• Experience in application management of complex enterprise applications
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
• Very good German language skills
• Experience in Java development or support of Java-based backend applications
• Knowledge of Python and automation scripts
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms
• Knowledge in the area of Single Sign-On (SSO), authentication, and authorization
• Experience with logging, monitoring, or observability solutions
• Knowledge of modern cloud or hybrid architectures
