Project: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on customer and contract management. You will analyze existing master data, processes, and system landscapes, develop future-oriented target states, and support the further development of a flexible, automated, and efficient process and system landscape. You will work closely with business departments, sales, IT, and other stakeholders, gather and consolidate requirements, moderate workshops, and create decision-making bases for sustainable solutions.

You will contribute your experience in complex banking projects, business analysis, process optimization, and master data management.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and documentation of existing customer, contract, and sales processes as well as system landscapes
• Development of target states and future processes with a focus on complexity reduction, automation, and flexibility
• Gathering, evaluation, and prioritization of business requirements
• Creation of business cases, effort estimations, and decision-making bases
• Support in solution evaluations, tenders, and proof-of-concepts
• Conducting and moderating workshops with business departments, sales, and IT
• Creation of management presentations and decision documents
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary agile project environment

• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer in complex projects
• Sound experience in the banking environment or comparable regulated industries
• Experience in customer management, contract management, CRM, or master data management
• Very good knowledge of business analysis, process analysis, and modeling
• Experience with complex system landscapes and interfaces
• Ability to structure complex issues and communicate them understandably
• Experience with agile methods and tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Siebel CRM is an advantage
• Experience with AI tools in the context of business analysis is an advantage
• German: C2
• English: B2
