Senior Business Analyst – Digital Banking & Corporate Client Onboarding (24 months)

Description

For our client in the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for a strategic digitalization initiative. The focus is on building a modular, scalable platform for digital onboarding, product opening, and selected lifecycle processes. Your focus will be on the conception and implementation of end-to-end digital processes for corporate clients.

• End-to-end conception of digital onboarding and product opening processes for corporate clients of various legal forms
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization potential regarding efficiency and user-friendliness
• Modeling of target processes, for example with BPMN, as well as development of variants and decision logic
• Elaboration of business requirements for processes, business rules, and data, taking into account specific corporate client characteristics
• Conception of the integration of identification, KYC/AML, risk assessment, digital signature, and document processes
• Close collaboration with UX, IT architecture, development, compliance, and business departments
• Support of prioritization and decision-making through variant comparisons as well as benefit, risk, and effort estimations
• Development of reusable, modular process components and reference models for further digital customer processes

Requirements

• Many years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer at an expert level, with at least 5-7 years in digital banking
• Very good knowledge in business and requirements engineering, especially with end-to-end processes, business concepts, and collaboration with UX
• Demonstrable project experience with digital onboarding and product opening processes, ideally for corporate clients
• Sound knowledge of KYC, AML, and GWG requirements for corporate clients, including bodies, beneficial owners, as well as powers of attorney and authorizations
• Experience in process modeling and the structured preparation of complex business requirements
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken, at C2 level
