Senior Business Analyst – Digital Pension / UX/UI / Testing / 100%/ Zurich

Project For a demanding project at a leading Swiss bank, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer to further develop the digital pension portfolio.

The focus is on digital solutions related to pensions and investments, such as Pillar 3a, freedom of movement, and securities investments. You will play a central role at the interface between the business unit, product management, UX/UI, and development, accompanying requirements from initial analysis to implementation and acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and specification of requirements for digital pension and investment solutions
• Further development of the digital pension portfolio from the end customer's perspective
• Development of independent solution proposals and business concepts
• Conducting workshops with requesters, product management, and business units
• Creation and further development of features, user stories, and specifications
• Creation of GUI prototypes in collaboration with UX/UI specialists
• Accompanying technical implementation in close cooperation with development
• Planning and execution of testing and business acceptance
• Ensuring the quality and correct implementation of requirements
• Participation in an agile, interdisciplinary environment

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Business Engineering or Business Analysis
• Experience in the financial services or insurance sector
• Sound experience with digital investment platforms, pension solutions, or digital advisory solutions
• Good knowledge of requirements analysis and specification
• Experience with methods such as BPMN, GUI prototyping, and Story Maps
• Experience in agile organizations, ideally with SAFe
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of Figma or comparable prototyping tools
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various stakeholders
• German: Fluent C2
