• Conducting requirements engineering and functional requirements gathering for employee master data
• User enablement and training for the FLIP employee app
• On-site support during rollouts at various logistics locations
• Supporting the helpdesk during implementation and stabilization phases
• Coordination and alignment with business departments, product teams, identity management, and network teams
• Configuration of app templates based on company codes and cost centers in collaboration with relevant teams
• Participation in testing activities, quality assurance, and rollout preparation using tools like Jira or Confluence
• Analysis of technical issues related to master data modeling, authorization concepts, and interface integration
• Flexibility through the possibility of mobile working

• Practical knowledge of authorization concepts and identity management systems (e.g., Azure AD, Okta)
• Application experience in requirements engineering methods (e.g., UML, BPMN)
• Professional competence in stakeholder management within complex IT projects
• Know-how in using tools like Jira Service Management or Confluence
• Experience with rollouts of digital solutions at decentralized locations
• Practice in test management and quality assurance of software solutions
• Willingness for occasional business trips within Germany or to Malaga
