• Utilization: Full-time
• Engagement Model: Hybrid
• Remote Share: approx. 70%
• On-site Share: approx. 30%
• Onsite: Every two weeks, Tuesday to Thursday on-site
• Important Note: The required on-site presence is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Analysis, recording, and documentation of business requirements and issues from the business departments.
• Advising business departments and Product Owners on the elaboration of requirements and business cases.
• Conception and documentation of business solution approaches as well as support in finding technical solutions.
• Optimization and further development of business processes, data models, and IT systems.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and agile Scrum teams.
• Support of testing activities and quality assurance measures for the successful implementation of requirements.
• Taking on roles and tasks within projects and transformation initiatives.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Technical Business Administration, or comparable qualification.
• Ideally certifications in:
• Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering
• Process Management
• or comparable professional certifications.
• More than 5 years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Requirements Management.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance environment
• Experience in motor vehicle insurance (Must-have)
• Experience in projects and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Expert knowledge in:
• Requirements analysis and Requirements Engineering
• Process modeling
• Business conception and solution design
• Good knowledge of insurance and support processes.
• Experience with:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Good English skills, spoken and written.
• Earliest possible start date
• Availability until March 2027
