Senior Business Analyst – Investments and Pensions

Description

For our client in the banking environment, we are looking for two Senior Business Consultants to further develop and drive the implementation of the holistic consulting approach. The focus is on the topics of finances in everyday life, pensions, investments, and housing.

The goal is to make consulting discussions simpler, more effective, and more focused on the life situation of customers. The two profiles can complement each other in terms of expertise: with a focus on financing or on investments and pensions.

Responsibilities

• Further development of the holistic consulting approach from preparation of the discussion, through asset recording and structuring, to needs identification and handover to topic-specific consulting
• Conception and simplification of end-to-end consulting processes across all channels
• Specification of business requirements for the further development of the existing consulting tool
• Development and testing of prototypes, as well as conducting pilot projects and customer tests
• Analysis of qualitative and quantitative feedback and derivation of concrete improvement measures
• Measurement of effectiveness using key figures such as closing rates, consulting quality, and customer satisfaction
• Enabling sales staff through practical consulting standards, workshops, and training
• Close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, IT, Compliance, Risk, and Management

Requirements

• Sound experience in the consulting or sales environment of a bank with a holistic consulting approach
• In-depth expertise in one of the following areas:
• Investments and Pensions: Investments, pension and asset building, asset structuring, pension planning, and financial issues in old age
• Experience in the conception and further development of end-to-end consulting processes
• Ability to present complex financial topics in an understandable way for customers and in a practical way for consultants
• Experience with iterative and agile working methods, such as MVPs, Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking
• Practice in planning and evaluating customer tests and feedback loops
• Confident handling of KPIs and qualitative feedback
• Experience in cross-departmental change and implementation projects, as well as in stakeholder management
• Technical understanding for formulating business requirements
• Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as high customer orientation, personal responsibility, and implementation strength
