Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with at least 10 years of experience for a long-term mission in Montpellier, supporting an existing agile squad.
Project overview
We are looking for a senior Business Analyst (minimum 10 years of experience required) in Montpellier for a long-term mission.
=> Start date: 01/10/2026
=> 3 days on-site in Montpellier and 2 days possible remotely
=> Duration: 3 years mission
=> Context: Reinforcement of an existing agile squad within a tribe whose products cover identification/authentication, connection profile to channels, secure communications, and contract perimeter calculation.
=> Mission:
=> Technical stack and technical skills: Jira, Jira Align, X-Ray, PPT/Excel. Expected skills: autonomy, proactivity, synthesis skills, functional leadership, rigor, experience in banking/Agile context.
- Conduct functional scoping phases
- Lead requirements gathering and clarification workshops
- Interact with different stakeholders (Lead PO, Business, Developers, Lead Tech, Architect)
- Write business requirements and functional specifications
- Lead backlog refinement sessions
- Translate business needs into actionable user stories
- Contribute to backlog prioritization with the Product Owner
- Ensure functional monitoring of developments and support testing phases
- Identify and manage functional risks
