Background of the assignment

The Uitvoeringsorganisatie Herstel Toeslagen (UHT) is an organization with a wide diversity of data. Within the UHT, we work in the Central Steering & Data department under the Statistics cluster. Within CR&D, there is a team that deals with, among other things, analyzing this data; Team Data. The work of this data team can be divided into two work streams/activities. On the one hand, they are responsible for making operational information available that the organization can use for steering. This includes developing dashboards and reports to visualize bottlenecks within the various business processes.

On the other hand, the team is involved in conducting analyses to test the feasibility and impact of new initiatives.

Requirements

Only Dutch-language CVs will be submitted, and candidates must speak Dutch perfectly.

Assignment is less suitable for ZZP'ers (freelancers) due to DBA law.

The offered candidate has HBO and/or WO work and thinking level and preferably a completed education in a relevant field (such as engineering, data science, or other education with a clear data component).

The offered candidate has at least 5 years of work experience with Agile/Scrum (5 years).

The offered candidate has at least 5 years of experience with programming (e.g., in SAS SQL and/or Python (5 years)).

Additional Information

When you, as a supplier, offer a professional to us and they are placed, we need information from you as a contracting party, including regarding the DBA law (Law on the legal status of employment relationships). The 'WKA' aims to prevent abuse in the remittance of payroll taxes at all links in the chain; from supplier to client. We cover these risks for our clients through a blocked account, the G-account. This is an account to which a portion of the invoice amount is deposited and from which you can pay payroll taxes and VAT to the Tax Authorities.

The percentage to be deposited depends on whether you have an SNA certification (NEN-4400-1 or NEN-4400-2) and whether your company is located in the Netherlands or abroad. You can apply for the G-account from the Tax Authorities. If you cannot obtain a G-account (and you can provide proof of this from the Tax Authorities), you also have the option to submit an assurance report regarding personnel lending every quarter. In this, a certified accountant (AA or RA) will issue a statement about the correctness, completeness, and timeliness of the remittances.
