Project

As part of a project to implement FINMA resilience requirements (RS2023/1), an emergency operating solution for payment transactions is being designed and implemented. The focus is on the analysis, specification, and coordination of business and technical requirements at Epic, Feature, and Story level (SAFe) in close cooperation with business departments, IT, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and external partners. The goal is to ensure a regulatory-compliant, robust solution, including integration into a mini-core banking architecture, as well as the coordination of interfaces and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Recording, analysis, conception, and documentation of business requirements for the analysis, recording, and documentation of business requirements in the area of payment transactions
• Development of business concepts and specification of business and IT requirements
• Support of change requests from requirement recording to successful implementation
• Analysis and coordination of interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements
• Close cooperation with business departments, IT, external partners, and other stakeholders
• Coordination and alignment of requirements within a complex project environment
• Support in business quality assurance, testing, and documentation creation
• Taking responsibility for a sub-area or workstream within the project
• Specification at Epic / Feature / Story level (SAFe)
• Coordination with BCM and regulatory requirements

Utilization: 100% (Hybrid only within Switzerland)

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Business Administration
• Several years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Engineer in complex projects
• Sound knowledge in payment transactions, ideally in the context of ISO 20022 and modern payment transaction standards
• Experience in the analysis, modeling, and specification of business and technical requirements
• Good understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, and integration processes
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
• REB or ITIL certifications are an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Communicative, team-oriented personality with high initiative and a strong sense of quality
• Knowledge of CAMT / MX Messages (ISO 20022)
• Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) / emergency processes
• Experience with non-functional requirements and interface specification
• German: C2
• English: C1
