Senior Business Analyst – Securities & Migration

Project overview

For our client in the "Bank / Finance" industry, we are looking for a "Senior Business Analyst – Securities & Migration" on a contracting basis.

Responsibilities

• Gap and impact analyses in the Trading and Post-Trade area
• Analysis and specification of functional requirements and target processes
• Creation and review of functional, process, and interface concepts
• Functional conception of cross-system end-to-end processes
• Description of new and adaptation of existing interfaces
• Analysis of data fields, mappings, events, and processing logic
• Functional coordination with internal departments, IT, and external service providers
• Management and tracking of functional and technical clarification needs
• Evaluation of solution concepts regarding functional requirements and impacts
• Creation and execution of functional and end-to-end test cases
• Support of error analysis, functional acceptance, and cutover preparation
• Functional support of go-live and production start-up

Requirements

• Training as a bank clerk or corresponding university degree
• Very experienced senior profile with at least 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in migration and integration projects
• Sound experience in the area of securities trading and settlement processes (Trading & Post-Trade)
• Experience in conducting gap and impact analyses
