Warsaw or Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 days remote per week).
As a Business Analyst - Transfer Agency you will be working for our client, a global financial institution delivering complex operational and transformation initiatives within securities services. You will focus on process analysis and improvements within Transfer Agency, with a particular emphasis on Trailer Fees. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will support business readiness, testing, and documentation activities in a highly regulated environment. You will collaborate with operations, IT, and international stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of process changes and high-quality delivery.

- Analyze Transfer Agency processes with a focus on Trailer Fees
- Define and document business requirements and functional specifications
- Prepare and execute test scenarios and support testing activities
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure solution alignment
- Support business readiness and transition activities
- Prepare user documentation and operational guidelines
- Provide support to end users during system and process changes
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and clarify business needs
- Ensure consistency and quality of delivered solutions
- At least 3 years of experience in Transfer Agency
- Strong knowledge of Trailer Fees processes
- Experience working as a Business Analyst or in operational roles
- Understanding of Multifonds or similar Transfer Agency systems
- Experience in financial services or banking environments
- Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams
- Experience supporting testing or UAT activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in international environments
- Fluent in Polish and English.
