• Record, analyze, design, and document functional requirements for a business continuity solution in payment transactions, and develop implementation concepts.
• Specify functional and technical requirements and elaborate them into Epics, Features, and Stories so that they serve as a basis for implementation by internal IT teams and software suppliers.
• Accompany change requirements end-to-end from their inception to successful implementation.
• Coordinate and synchronize functional and technical requirements and processes with business departments, IT teams, external partners, Business Continuity Management, and other project participants.
• Reconcile and define functional interface requirements and data flows between existing systems, data adapters, and the software supplier.
• Ensure that the business continuity solution meets regulatory requirements, adequately supports business processes, and is integrated into the core banking system.
• Conduct acceptance tests for functional requirements and transfer the results into the final documentation and training materials.
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Business Informatics.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking environment.
• Knowledge of payment transactions, especially the ISO-20022 standard and CAMT and MX messages.
• Know-how in Confluence and JIRA.
• Very proficient in requirements analysis, process modeling, and the creation of functional concepts.
• Experience in specifying functional and technical requirements, including interface requirements, functional data models, and non-functional requirements.
• Good understanding of IT systems and their integration.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in coordinating requirements with various stakeholders, project management, and other teams.
• Knowledge of agile methods and frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum, as well as experience in leading or participating in complex projects.
• High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking and action, convincing and confident demeanor, strong service orientation, assertiveness, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills.
• Open personality with a quick grasp of things.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• IREB or ITIL certification.
• Knowledge of BCM processes, ideally in procedures such as MiniSIC.
• Experience in complex projects, ideally in digital transformation or emergency management.
• Assignment duration: December 2026 to December 2027 with an option for extension
