• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience operating in a hybrid BA/PM capacity.
• Strong Insurance and Underwriting domain knowledge.
• Experience delivering complex transformation program.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments.
