Senior Business Analyst Project Manager, PLM and QMS Transformation

Project overview

Context

Within a key player in distribution and consumer goods, Business Analysis is a transverse project unit. It coordinates business teams around the product and data, and represents the business to IT departments in transformation projects. The team is going through a period of change, with a recent departure and difficult recruitment, which can weaken certain project commitments, particularly for PLM and QMS. You will join the team quickly to take over ongoing projects, secure them, and ensure operational and managerial leadership until the organization is stabilized.

• Secure project commitments despite the fragility of the Business Analysis team, marked by a departure and difficult recruitment.
• Stabilize PLM and QMS projects, which are the priority of the mission.
• Quickly take over ongoing projects, including operational and managerial leadership.
• Represent business needs to IT departments in transformation projects.
• Unite Business Analysts, Data Managers, and Data Experts, and facilitate arbitration between Business and IT.
• Take over the management of transformation projects in which the business is a stakeholder.
• Lead complex projects around PLM and QMS.
• Secure project commitments and take over operational leadership.
• Coordinate the relay of business needs to the relevant teams.
• Represent the business to IT departments in transformation projects.
• Participate, when necessary, in testing phases.
• Unite and supervise Business Analysis teams, Data Managers, and Data Experts, until the organization is stabilized.
• Act as a liaison between Business teams and IT, facilitate arbitration, and secure commitments made.
• Start date: November 16, 2026, for a duration of 2 months.
• Full-time, with 2 days of remote work per week.
