Senior Camunda 8 Specialist – Digital Onboarding

Project overview

For an innovative digitalization project in the Swiss financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist for process orchestration with Camunda 8.

You will be part of a newly formed DevOps team that develops and operates a modern platform for digital onboarding and product opening. In this role, you will be responsible for the introduction, establishment, and upskilling of the team in Camunda 8 – a build-up task with independent design responsibility over almost two years.

Your main tasks include the design and implementation of process orchestration, the new and further development as well as the operation of services within the team, conceptual contribution to the architecture, security verification, and continuous process improvement. You will advise the business department on the feasibility and impact of solution options.

We are looking for an orchestration expert with proven experience in Camunda 8 – specifically in the design and implementation of processes. Camunda 7 or other engines are not sufficient. In addition, proven experience from the last three years in client onboarding, digital product closings, or client lifecycle management is required. This technical depth is essential for the program.

Technically, you master Java, Kotlin, and Angular, as well as modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Engineers, and Architecture.

This is a full-time position with a duration of 23 months with the option of extension. The start is planned for December. The location is Zurich.
