• Guide the final part of the year-end campaign 2026
• Monitor and adjust campaign results
• Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and collaboration partners
• Direct communication tools and content
• Manage communication towards municipalities, employers, and collaboration partners
• Evaluate campaign and communication results
• Identify areas for improvement based on data and research
• Translate lessons learned into the approach for 2027
• Develop and implement communication plans targeting specific audiences
• Set up content and communication activities throughout the year
• Ensure a consistent approach to target audiences via various channels
• Maintain contact with municipalities, employers, member associations, and patient organizations
• Advise internal stakeholders on communication and content targeting audiences
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with projects in marketing and communication
• Experience with audience-focused communication and campaigns
• Experience within an organization with high complexity and diverse stakeholders
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Independent, proactive, and organizationally sensitive attitude
• Affinity with themes in healthcare, health, and society
• Affinity with vulnerable target groups
• Affinity with vitality as a theme within the work environment
• Experience collaborating with municipalities, employers, or societal partners is recommended
