Senior Construction Scheduler

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to lead and oversee planning activities in large construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for adherence to planning standards, supporting project teams, managing complex project programs, and accurate reporting and forecasting.

In this role, you will lead the company-wide planning function, ensuring project plans are developed, maintained, and managed according to industry standards. You will oversee bid and tender scheduling, establish project baselines, manage plan updates, and perform Time Impact Analyses.

You will work closely with project teams, clients, and management to monitor program performance, identify scheduling deviations, develop recovery strategies, and improve forecasting across the project portfolio.

Requirements

This position is offered as a flexible remote work opportunity and operates within the commercial and data center construction sector.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager with scheduling responsibilities
• Proven experience in leading construction scheduling activities
• Comprehensive knowledge of Primavera P6
• Experience with Asta and Last Planner System is an advantage
• Ability to develop and manage bid, tender, and baseline schedules
• Experience with complex master schedules across multiple projects
• Understanding of Critical Path Analysis, plan updates, and Time Impact Analysis
• Ability to analyze schedule performance and develop recovery strategies
• Experience with project forecasting and performance reporting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
