Senior Consultant / AI Enabler

Project overview

For our client, we are looking for support.

Key Data:

• Start: As soon as possible after consultation
• Duration: Initially until 31.12.2026 / Option to extend
• Freelance
• Utilization: Full-time
• Deployment Model: approx. 90% Remote / 10% Onsite
• Individual on-site appointments by arrangement (Cologne)

Responsibilities

• Support of specialist and development teams in the introduction and practical application of AI-supported workflows
• Identification, collection, and prioritization of suitable AI use cases based on specific questions
• Practical testing and introduction of AI tools
• Development of reusable prompts, workflows, and best practices
• Coaching and enablement of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Developers
• Building internal AI multipliers
• Documentation of results and ensuring knowledge transfer
• Development of recommendations for standardization and scaling of successful approaches

• Demonstrable experience with Generative AI and AI agents
• Experience in AI-supported software development
• Sound knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
• Experience in Prompt Engineering
• Knowledge in specification, development, testing, and CI/CD
• Experience in coaching, moderation, and knowledge transfer
• Knowledge in data protection, information security, and AI governance
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
