Project overview

The specialist will temporarily strengthen the IT team of DGABD, focusing on understanding and unlocking data within SAP SuccessFactors.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing and mapping data structures, object relationships, and information flows within SAP SuccessFactors
• Performing impact analyses for changes in processes, applications, and integrations
• Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement within the system configuration
• Documenting knowledge in data models, ERDs, and process descriptions
• Unlocking, analyzing, and validating datasets from SAP SuccessFactors for reports and management information
• Building dashboards and data overviews using BI tooling
• Formulating functional and informational requirements for new data-related solutions
• Transferring acquired knowledge to the IT team and the business
• Representing DGABD in projects and working groups related to information provision and SAP SuccessFactors
• University work and thinking level
• At least four years of demonstrable experience as a senior professional in information provision, data analysis, business analysis, or information architecture
• Demonstrable knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, preferably with the Employee Central module
• Preferred: experience with large-scale change and information provision projects in large organizations
