What you bring

• Role: Senior Consultant / Developer OpenText VIM & SAP FI (m/f/d)
• Start: As soon as possible
• Duration: 3 months
• Workload: 40 – 60 %
• Location: Hybrid – Berlin / Remote (by arrangement)
• Project Language: German / English
• Analysis of existing process flows and system configurations in the OpenText VIM environment
• Conception, customizing, and technical implementation of optimization and further development measures
• Development in the SAP backend (ABAP / ABAP OO) as well as implementation and adaptation of SAP Fiori interfaces and OData services
• Consulting on the seamless integration of new functions into the existing system architecture
• Execution of functional and integration tests in close cooperation with the business departments
• Documentation of all implemented extensions according to internal guidelines, in compliance with standards
• Systematic root cause analysis and resolution of technical and functional process disruptions in the VIM environment
• Evaluation, processing, and implementation of audit findings in the invoice processing process
• Derivation, implementation, and support of corrective and optimization measures (including testing and documentation)
• Functional consulting for the follow-up and sustainable closure of open audit and revision points
• Profound Expertise: Several years of demonstrable consulting and implementation experience in the OpenText VIM environment as well as in SAP FI (ideally under SAP S/4HANA)
• Technical Know-how: In-depth knowledge of SAP FI, SAP Business Workflow, and modern ABAP OO development (Clean Code principles)
• Frontend & Architecture: Practical experience in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, OData services, and understanding of overarching SAP system architectures
• Language Skills: Very good German skills in speaking and writing (project languages are German and English)
• Work Approach: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach, as well as strong communication skills at the interface between IT and business departments
