Senior Consultant - Digitalization & Procurement

Project overview

For one of our clients in the public sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Consultant.

Activities:

• Overall responsibility for the planning, steering, and implementation of a multi-year digitalization program
• Development and prioritization of project mandates, roadmaps, and implementation phases
• Recording, analysis, and documentation of functional and technical requirements
• Planning of resources and staffing in close coordination with business and IT departments
• Planning and execution of public procurement procedures
• Development of tender documents, contracts, and procurement applications
• Coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external partners and suppliers
• Support for the introduction of new processes and IT solutions up to operational implementation

• Several years of experience in managing complex digitalization or transformation projects
• Demonstrable experience with digital transformation processes and the introduction of digital business processes in larger organizations
• Experience with digitalization projects in the legal/notarial environment
• Experience with public procurement procedures
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working
• High social and communication skills
• Very good German skills (at least C1 or native language)
• Very good understanding of Swiss German
• Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable
• Experience in the public sector
• Knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, or comparable platforms
• Experience with customer portals, DMS, ECM, or workflow solutions
• Knowledge in the areas of digital signatures, electronic business processes, or register connections
• Certifications in project management (HERMES, PMI, IPMA, or comparable)
