Job description
The client is seeking a Senior Consultant to support the introduction of the Wilken billing system, focusing on market communication and switching processes in the energy industry. The role involves analyzing business processes, advising departments, and acting as a key contact for service providers.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the introduction of the Wilken billing system
- Development of automation and plausibility checks for processes in the market communication area
- Consulting on market communication and switching processes according to GPKE, Geli Gas, and MPES
- Error analysis and resolution, taking into account the legal requirements of the energy industry
- Requirements analysis of complex business processes in the energy industry together with the specialist departments
- Preparation and execution of training sessions and subsequent involvement in clarification and error cases
- Test case creation and execution

- Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification
- Profound experience in market communication and switching processes according to GPKE, Geli Gas, and MPES
- Industry experience in the energy sector
- Knowledge of the Wilken billing system, SQL knowledge, and experience with agile methods
- Enjoyment of analysis, process consulting, and conducting training sessions and workshops
- Very good German language skills
