Responsibilities

• IT requirements management including ensuring process-compliant documentation
• Steering an implementation team of analysts and developers from requirements assessment to test completion/release
• Structuring and coordinating business requirements with interface partners
• Planning and controlling resource deployment
• Consulting on the design of new line processes

Requirements

• Experience with change processes in a team
• Solution-oriented, pragmatic work in a simultaneously regulated environment
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and very good structuring competence, as well as fluent German language skills in speaking and writing at C2 level, including sound business vocabulary
• Experience in planning, executing, and documenting IT implementations
• Experience with Jira, X-Ray, and ServiceNow is an advantage
