A healthcare IT service provider is seeking an experienced consultant to establish and operationalize internal security testing processes, enabling internal staff to take over independently. The role involves building processes, conducting gap analysis, and transferring knowledge.

Client: IT service provider in the healthcare sector
Period: 15.10.2026 – 31.12.2026
Scope: approx. 30–40 person-days, utilization 40–50 %
Responsibilities
- Establishment and implementation of security testing processes
- As-is/gap analysis of the current maturity level
- Development of evidence and finding management
- Adaptation of the existing security test policy
- Testing of the test concept and test case catalog
- Evaluation of tool chains, APIs, test data, and threat models
- Coaching and knowledge transfer to internal employees
Requirements
Language: Fluent German
- Min. 5 years of experience in Security Testing, Application Security, or Secure SDLC
- Very good knowledge of OWASP SAMM, SAST, SCA, DAST
- API Security Testing and Fuzzing
- Integration of security tests into CI/CD
- Threat Modeling
- Demonstrable experience in coaching and knowledge transfer
