• Execution and plausibility check of Commercial Bid Evaluations
• CBE
• Analysis of price structures and Total Cost of Ownership considerations
• TCO
• Identification of savings, risks, and negotiation potentials
• Development of tender and procurement strategies
• Preparation of lot divisions and contract models
• Creation of procurement and schedule plans
• Execution of supplier, competitor, and market analyses
• Analysis of supply chains and procurement markets for cable systems
• Creation of management presentations, KPI evaluations, and decision proposals

Requirements

My Advantages:

• Solid experience in strategic purchasing, procurement consulting, or procurement management
• Sound experience in tender and bidding processes
• Knowledge of Commercial Bid Evaluation, CBE, and TCO analyses
• Experience in supplier and contract management
• Ideally, experience in the energy, cable, infrastructure, or offshore sector
• Analytical, structured, and independent way of working
• Confident demeanor towards specialist departments and management
