As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for the organization's recruitment process and recruitment strategy.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Taking charge of the entire recruitment process from inflow to appointment
- Advising hiring managers and HR colleagues on the labor market and recruitment approach
- Building and maintaining talent pools, especially within the technical labor market
- Identifying labor market developments and translating these into concrete recruitment initiatives
- Leading larger recruitment projects for new teams or expansions
- Strengthening the employer brand and visibility in the labor market
- Focusing on recruitment for, among others, the ICT department and other staff functions
- Completed higher professional education (HBO)
- At least 4 years of work experience as a corporate recruiter or recruitment consultant
- Skill in managing stakeholders at various levels
- Background in and knowledge of recruitment within the ICT sector (preferred)
