- Creative further development of the existing umbrella campaign, ensuring a consistent brand and visual language
- Conception and development of modular design and storytelling systems for various target groups and communication occasions
- Creation of creative concepts and further development of campaign motifs, templates, and visual assets
- Planning and creative support of photo shoots, including shooting briefings, art direction, and quality assurance
- Development and documentation of design guidelines for use by internal teams and external service providers
Requirements
My advantages:
- Sound experience as a Senior Creative Director, Design Director, or Senior Art Director in complex campaign environments
- Demonstrable expertise in the further development of existing brand and campaign systems
- Very good knowledge of visual design, art direction, and the development of scalable design systems
- Experience in the conception and implementation of cross-channel campaigns for digital, social, print, and moving image formats
- Ability to translate strategic requirements and storytelling concepts into production-ready creative solutions
- Ideally, experience in the education sector, publishing, or in communicating complex products and services
