• Management Reporting and Stakeholder Collaboration
• Direct collaboration with senior management to understand business priorities and reporting requirements.
• Translation of executive information needs into data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Presentation of results, recommendations, and insights to management teams.
• Development of management reports, dashboards, and data-driven action recommendations.
• Data Extraction and Data Analysis
• Conception, development, and optimization of complex SQL queries for the extraction and transformation of large data volumes.
• Building and maintaining robust datasets from various company-wide systems and data sources.
• Analysis of operational, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across different reporting environments.
• Support in Databricks, SQL Server, and Data Engineering
• Development and maintenance of data transformation processes within Databricks environments.
• Collaboration with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines and data availability.
• Working with structured and semi-structured datasets to support demanding analysis requirements.
• Optimization of data processing performance and support for scalable analysis solutions.
• Business Intelligence and Dashboard Development
• Development of interactive dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
• Creation of short-term prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to review and validate reporting requirements.
• Design of semantic data models, metrics, KPIs, and visualizations to support data-driven decisions at the executive level.
• Promotion of the use of self-service analytics and self-service reporting within the PM organization.
• Introduction and implementation of reporting standards, governance guidelines, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identification of opportunities to automate reporting processes and reduce manual activities.
• Recommendation of improvements to data architecture, reporting methods, and analytical approaches.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or comparable functions.
• Demonstrable experience in collaborating with executives and senior management.
• Confident demeanor at the executive level and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience in developing executive dashboards and management reporting.
• Microsoft SQL Server (Expert Level): Development of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, performance optimization, ETL, and data quality.
• Databricks (Advanced): Data transformation, Spark SQL, Lakehouse architecture, and data pipelines.
• Power BI (Advanced): Data modeling, development with DAX, Power Query, semantic models, dashboard development, and performance optimization.
