- Create a change concept for the implementation of the orchestration layer for the Pega platform
- Design an architectural diagram for the demarcation of orchestration and choreography
- Develop a concept for the organizational and technical anchoring of the Enterprise Layer in Pega
- Define and establish framework guidelines and instructions for the use of reusable components in more detail
- Creation of modular components on the Pega platform for the BA layer
- Introduce Pega App Factory in the IT organization
