Senior Developer Online Services with Pega Know-how for Remote and On-site Deployment

Project overview

To support one of our clients, a Senior Developer for Online Services with Pega know-how is sought for remote and on-site deployment (50% position).

The Automation Center of Excellence (ACoE) has the task and goal of selecting tools and procedures for automation projects and implementing automation tools and technologies within the Federal Employment Agency (BA). The ACoE promotes the use of various technologies in a holistic, combined, and integrated manner and strives for end-to-end process automation to achieve the highest possible business value. The goal is to increase process efficiency, enhance digital process maturity, and realize cost savings through the implementation of intelligent, future-proof solutions.

Area of Responsibility:

• Create a change concept for the implementation of the orchestration layer for the Pega platform
• Design an architectural diagram to delineate orchestration and choreography
• Develop a concept for the organizational and technical anchoring of the Enterprise Layer in Pega
• Define and establish framework guidelines and instructions for the use of reusable components
• Creation of modular components on the Pega platform for the BA layer
• Introduce Pega App Factory in the IT organization
• Creation of UI/UX elements including accessibility elements on the Pega platform
• Design an overview/BA-Pega Library and quality gates for accessibility
• Design of approved standard components for the Pega platform (so-called organisms)
• Conception and introduction of a Pega Accessibility Tool
• Merge accessibility self-tests with development guidelines

Requirements

Specialized knowledge of Pega Enterprise and Orchestration Layer (including accessibility),

are necessary:

• Specialized knowledge and several years (min. 2 years) of experience in complex development projects
• Pega platform project and development experience
• Business Automation Architecture, Orchestration, and Choreography
• Organizational and technical expertise in connection with the design of an Enterprise Layer
• The creation of modular, reusable components on the Pega platform
• Pega App Factory
• Creation of UI/UX elements and accessibility elements
• Performance of accessibility tests
