Senior DevOps Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Consultant to support the implementation and anchoring of DevOps principles in a central software development organization. The ideal candidate has solid experience with transformation journeys where DevOps processes and tools have been effectively implemented. An important part of the role consists of driving cultural change and communicating effectively across teams. It is a requirement that the candidate speaks and writes fluent Danish.

Allocation is full-time with an expected duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The work is expected to be performed onsite, a minimum of 3 days per week.

• Drive and support the implementation of DevOps principles in the Scrum ART "Geparten".
• Contribute with sparring and facilitation to teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure anchoring of DevOps processes and methods in the organization.
• Act as an ambassador for DevOps and support the cultural transformation.
• Establish and maintain an overview of environments and dependencies.
• Coordinate changes in environment configurations.
• Identify and manage conflicts between environments and teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities within deployment processes.
• Drive initiatives that increase stability and traceability.
• Support the implementation of CI/CD principles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with DevOps in larger development organizations.
• Documented experience with implementation of DevOps processes.
• Experience with organizational transformation in connection with DevOps journeys.
• Experience with coordination of development environments.
• Practical experience with CI/CD processes.
• Fluent Danish in writing and speaking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience from agile organizations with Scrum, SAFe, or ART structures.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with release management in complex IT landscapes.
